Class Descriptions Open to all levels with the following exceptions: Pre/Post Natal: You are welcome to attend any of the classes. Postures will be adjusted for you. Are you planning a natural birth? If so, consider HypnoBirthing! Power Yoga: Most challenging class, some experience suggested (but not required). Youth Yoga: Open to ages 9-16 yrs. Meditation: All practitioners welcome, beginner to advanced |
